Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by HB Bulutlar Yapı İnşaat ("the Company") as data controller within the scope described below.

Personal data processed

Your name, phone number, email address, project details, message, uploaded files and CV information submitted through the contact, quote and job application forms, together with the IP address and time recorded when a form is sent.

Purposes

To answer your requests and questions, prepare quotations, assess job applications, carry out pre-contract procedures, ensure information security, prevent misuse and fulfil legal obligations.

Legal basis and collection method

Your data is collected electronically through the website forms and processed on the legal grounds in KVKK Article 5/2 (c) establishment or performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation and (f) legitimate interest.

Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with our email and hosting providers and, on request, with authorised public authorities. It is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Form records are kept for up to 2 years after your request is concluded and job applications for up to 1 year, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation for damages.
