Do you take on projects outside Mersin?
We mainly work in Mersin and its districts, and we can survey villa and commercial projects in nearby provinces such as Adana, Hatay and Antalya.
What do you handle for us in an urban renewal project?
We manage risky-building assessment, owners' meetings, design and permits, rent-support applications, demolition and construction of the new building from start to finish.
Is the quote free?
Yes. The first meeting and site survey are free. Once design work starts, scope and fees are agreed in writing.
How can I follow progress during construction?
Your project manager sends regular progress reports with photos, and you are welcome to walk the site with us at any time.
Can I hire you for interior design or renovation only?
Yes. We also take on interior design, decoration or full renovation of homes, offices and shops on their own.
