About Us

We have been building in Mersin since 2000. Today we bring architecture, engineering, construction and interior design under one roof.

About us

HB Bulutlar Construction is today's name of a family business that started with small residential projects in Mersin in 2000. Over the years our team grew into a company that handles architectural design, structural engineering, construction and interior design in-house.

On residential, villa, office and commercial projects we manage the whole process with our own team — from architectural design to turnkey construction, and from interiors to renovation. Quality materials, sound planning and on-time delivery let us create safe, functional and long-lasting spaces.

Our head office is at Hantaş Prestige in Yenişehir. Most of our projects are in Mersin's Yenişehir, Mezitli, Toroslar and Akdeniz districts.

Quality and Health & Safety policy

These principles apply on all our sites and in our office.

  1. Comply fully with current zoning, earthquake and building inspection regulations.
  2. Apply, and keep up to date, a risk assessment prepared by an occupational safety specialist for every project.
  3. Train our staff and subcontractors in health and safety before work starts and provide complete personal protective equipment.
  4. Procure materials to specification, inspect them on arrival and keep records.
  5. Separate site waste and minimise the impact on the environment and neighbouring buildings.
  6. Record customer feedback and continuously improve our processes.
